We sent all of our beautiful wool carpets to Greenspring for cleaning after several years of heavy kid traffic and house-training our new puppy. The gentlemen at Greenspring were all friendly and professional whether on the phone or in person. They were extremely helpful with insisting on loading and unloading our rugs from our vehicle. The carpets came home like new! They all smelled new, with no odors. They were clean and bright, and oh so soft! Thank you! We will use Greenspring again when needed and have been recommending them to all of our friends”
